Problems of Crimean population

Andrey Mamchur, a counsel of CORALES Law Company, determines the range of problems which the citizens of the Crimean peninsula can face. Thus, businessmen who have branches of their companies in Crimea face a certain range of problems. They cannot receive money from its branches or take the goods from the peninsula. For Ukraine there is also a problem with paying taxes from conducting such business. Without paying taxes from running business there is no budget filling, and as a result, there is a problem with welfare benefits and pensions. In turn, Ukrainian citizens residing in the territory of the peninsula can get their benefits in the “mainland” of the country. But the solution to the problem of filling the budget still is within the competence of the Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
